Duties
As an Inside Sales Representative, your main duties involve calling and emailing potential clients to inform them about our products and assist with loan approval processes.
This position is ideal for someone eager to grow within a vibrant, rapidly expanding sales team. We offer the chance to significantly increase your role and responsibilities within the first 6 to 12 months.
Training
We ensure you’re well-equipped for the job by providing thorough training on our industry and product range. You’ll understand the complete sales cycle, with direct training from Monark’s founders, who have over 15 years of combined industry experience.
Day-to-Day Activities
Your typical day will involve making 150 – 200 outbound calls to warm leads and managing potential leads and sales pipeline through our CRM. You’ll also have opportunities to handle inbound leads. Upon collecting necessary paperwork from clients, you’ll work directly with the founders to complete the sales process.
Location & Timing
This full-time position is based in Fort Lauderdale, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
